XACTink proudly offers free standard shipping on all orders totaling $150 or more within the United States and its territories. For orders under $150, we provide a simple and convenient flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99.
We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selecting the most efficient carrier for your shipment. Additional shipping options, such as Next Day Air, are available at checkout for an extra fee and are not included in our flat rate or free shipping offers.
In-stock orders placed before 5 PM EST will ship the same business day.
Special Note for Florida Customers:
XACTink is based in Florida, so customers located in Florida will likely receive their orders the next business day at no additional charge.
Please note that at this time, we ship exclusively within the United States and its territories.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to follow your order’s journey directly to your door.

RETURN POLICY:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval and process your refund to the original payment method.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all XACTink branded products. If you try one box and are not completely satisfied, simply let us know. We will refund your money for the opened box and gladly accept returns for any other unopened boxes, no questions asked.
