Same‑Day Shipping by 5:00 PM EST

XACTbodyart ships orders the same business day when placed by 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Free & Flat‑Rate Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $150 or more within the United States and its territories.
  • Orders under $150 ship for a simple flat‑rate of $9.99.

Carriers & Expedited Options

We ship with trusted carriers and automatically select the most efficient service for your destination. Expedited options (such as Next Day Air) are available at checkout for an additional fee and are not included in flat‑rate or free shipping.

Because we are based in Florida, most Florida customers receive shipments next business day at no extra cost.

Tracking & Shipping Area

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. We currently ship exclusively within the United States and its territories.

Lost/Delayed or Damaged‑in‑Transit

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors/building staff and allow 24 hours. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier claim.

If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos of the outer box, packing materials, and product labels (including lot numbers). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we manufacture and distribute sterile, single‑use products for professional use, we follow strict health and safety standards. Please review the guidelines below.

Return Window

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals and tamper‑evident features fully intact.
  • Clean, undamaged, and resalable (no writing, stickers, or labels on retail boxes).
  • Accompanied by a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by our team.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Any sterile product with a broken seal or compromised packaging (e.g., needle cartridges, piercing needles, medical disposables).
  • Any used product.
  • Inks, liquids, and chemical products that have been opened.
  • Custom, special‑order, clearance, or final‑sale items.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

Do not ship used sharps back to us. Please follow local regulations for proper sharps disposal.

Starting a Return (RMA Required)

Email us with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. Include clear photos if packaging is damaged or if you believe a product is defective. We’ll reply with RMA instructions and the proper return address. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, labeling/lot issue) or a verified manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a prepaid label.
  • For discretionary returns (including preference changes), customers are responsible for return shipping.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to apply up to a 10% restocking fee on discretionary returns to cover inspection and sterile‑goods handling. No fee applies when the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error. Store credit or exchange may be offered on request.

Defective or Quality Concerns

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos/videos and the lot number and quantity affected.
  • We may request samples for evaluation.
  • Upon verification, we will replace or refund the affected units. For sterile goods, verification requires that packaging remains intact unless the defect is visible without opening.

Wrong Item Received

Notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll correct the error quickly and provide a prepaid label if a return is required.

Exchanges

When inventory allows, we can process like‑for‑like exchanges for unopened items. Otherwise, please return the item per the RMA process and place a new order.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable will be refunded less original shipping and any carrier return fees once received and inspected (unless refusal was due to visible transit damage).

Wholesale / Distributor Orders

Partner accounts may be subject to separate return terms per agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.

Recalls & Safety Notices

In the unlikely event of a product recall, we will contact affected customers directly with instructions for replacement or refund.
